in september 2023, my first birthday since top surgery was approaching and i wanted to wear a cute tiny top to show off my new chest. not finding anything that resonated with me, i decided to craft something myself. i bought a spool of chain, and draped and reattached the chain links just in time for a libra party that night. many people at the party loved my top and were surprised when they heard i made it myself. having recently been laid off from my bartending job, i saw an opportunity.
i kept designing accessories i wanted to wear and started making custom orders for my friends. i vended at my first event in november 2023, and have continued to grow my designs and offerings since.
i am especially passionate about offering customization and versatility in my designs. i want to make pieces with a perfect fit that have longevity. that’s also why i choose to use all stainless steel materials. stainless steel is naturally tarnish and rust resistant, and will stay looking great for a long time.

who is xan of mars?
xan of mars is an androgynous punk fairy brought to earth to open minds and push boundaries. their psyche is in constant battle between the darkness brought on from past traumas, and the lightness of peace and self-acceptance. in song, their soothing vocal tone glides atop funky tracks that combine spacey synths, syncopated rhythms and layered melodic lines with a vibrant energy, to deliver compelling stories about their painful past, and to inspire hope for a brighter future. xan has found that to live freely, one must embrace all parts of themself, positive and negative, since neither darkness nor light can exist without the other.
